We are a small team running an enquiry service, not a roofing crew. Roles rather than names, because we would rather describe what we actually do than invent biographies.

Enquiry handling. The person who answers the phone takes down what your roof is doing, where you are, and how urgent it is. They are not a roofer and will not diagnose your roof over the phone. What they will do is get the detail right so the firm that calls you back is not starting from scratch.

Local research. Someone here spends their time on the housing stock: which streets have shared valley gutters, where the concrete tile estates are reaching end of life, which parts of the city sit in conservation areas. That work is why the location pages on this site say something specific rather than swapping a place name in and out.

Cost research. The figures in our cost guides are checked against published 2026 UK cost data. Where sources disagree, we publish the disagreement instead of picking whichever number reads best. We deliberately keep those figures in the guides rather than putting a price list on a service page, because a number off a website is not a quote.

The roofing itself is carried out by a roofing firm covering your area. They are not our employees and we do not supervise their work.
